Our business

Services are provided by Oleksii Kolosivskyi trading as KRAYON, London, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@krayonagency.com, +44 7824 831260. These terms apply to website development, advertising, AI automation, growth, content and support services.

Quotes and agreement

After a short call we provide a fixed quote stating the deliverables, price, payment schedule, estimated timeline and included revisions. Work starts once you accept the quote in writing and make the agreed initial payment. The accepted quote and any written changes form part of our agreement. A free plan or demo does not commit either party to a paid project.

Payment

Website projects are usually paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch, unless the quote specifies otherwise. Ads and support are charged as agreed monthly fees. Payment is by card via Stripe or bank transfer. Currency, any applicable taxes, due dates and third-party costs are stated in the quote. Advertising spend, domains and third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included. We may pause work for overdue payments after notice.

Revisions and changes

The quote defines included revisions. You provide consolidated feedback within the agreed review periods. Changes outside the agreed scope, new features or additional revision rounds need a written change agreement with the cost and timeline confirmed before we proceed.

Delivery and acceptance

Dates depend on the agreed scope and timely access, content and approvals. We will tell you about material delays and agree a revised plan. You review deliverables against the quote and report defects or missing items before launch approval. We correct failures to meet the agreed scope. Support, maintenance and further improvements are included only when stated in the quote or a separate agreement.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate content, lawful instructions, required access and prompt decisions. You must have permission to use materials you supply and comply with platform, advertising and data protection rules. Keep credentials secure and use agreed secure access methods. You retain responsibility for business claims, customer communications, privacy notices and approvals of published content.

Intellectual property

After full payment, ownership of bespoke final deliverables created for your project transfers to you to the extent we own those rights. Our existing tools, reusable components and know-how remain ours, with a licence for their use within the delivered project. Open-source software, fonts and third-party assets keep their own licences. Your supplied materials remain yours. We agree separately if we wish to publish your project as a case study.

Third-party services and outcomes

We take reasonable care and skill in our work. Search rankings, ad performance, sales and recommendations in AI search cannot be guaranteed. Third-party platforms control their own availability, approvals and policies. Hosting, account ownership and any ongoing monitoring responsibilities are set out in the quote.

Liability

For business clients, our total contractual liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant project or, for monthly services, the affected monthly service period, except where law prohibits a limit. We are not liable for indirect business losses. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and disputes

Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. England and Wales law governs the agreement, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
