Who is responsible
Oleksii Kolosivskyi trading as KRAYON is the data controller for enquiries and client relationships. Our address is London, United Kingdom. Contact us at hello@krayonagency.com for privacy questions or requests.
Information we use
We use your name, contact details, business details, messages, project materials, correspondence, invoices and payment status when you enquire or become a client. Hosting providers may record IP addresses, browser information and access times for security. Please do not send sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
How this website works
This website has no contact form and does not store what you type. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, the message is handled by that service under its own terms. The website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you pick a language with the EN/UA switch, your browser remembers that choice on your device (local storage); it is not sent to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type and time of the request) for security. Links to other websites are subject to their own privacy policies.
Why we use information
We use information to reply to you, prepare a quote and deliver agreed services, relying on steps before a contract or performance of a contract. Our legitimate interests cover business correspondence, maintaining secure systems and resolving disputes. We keep financial records to meet legal obligations. Any optional direct marketing requires an appropriate legal basis; where consent is used, you can withdraw it at any time.
Providers and payments
We share only necessary information with hosting, email and messaging providers, authorised project collaborators, professional advisers and payment providers. Gmail, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram process messages under their own terms. Stripe is our card payment processor; it acts as a processor for some payment activities and an independent controller for others, including fraud prevention and legal compliance. We receive payment status and limited billing information, never your full card details. Bank transfers are processed by the relevant banks. Read Stripe’s privacy policy.
International processing
Some email, messaging and payment providers process information outside the UK. The safeguards depend on the provider and service, and may include UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your project. We agree a separate data processing arrangement where we process your customers’ personal data on your behalf.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry correspondence only while needed to follow up and manage the relationship, then review it for deletion. Project records are retained while needed to deliver support or handle contractual claims. Financial records are kept for the period required by tax law. Retention depends on the record type, the ongoing relationship and legal obligations; you can ask us about a specific record.
Your rights
Depending on the lawful basis and circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your right to object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time. Write to hello@krayonagency.com. We normally respond to rights requests within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity checks. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Providing information and updates
Enquiries are voluntary. We may need contact and billing details to enter into and perform a contract; without them we may be unable to deliver the service. We update this policy when our practices change and show the revision date above.
